About Us 

A huge thank you to all the guests we met last year and those who have returned.  The comments in our guest book were funny (the best sandy bottom I have ever had) and really  lovely confirming we are a fabulous choice for the perfect luxury staycation.

Dave and I are a fun loving husband and wife team who want you to enjoy the spectacular panoramic views, sunrises and sunsets over Newton Beach. We live in Newton and so are on hand to meet and greet. We love spending time with family, friends and our beautiful dogs. We hope to meet you soon. Dave & Karen
